- Shipping Locations: We currently ship to locations within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping is not available at this time. Products should be in original packed condition along with the original proof of purchase. Items sold on ‘AS IS’ basis are non exchangeable/ non refundable. Due to hygiene reasons, mattresses once installed on bed/unpacked will not be exchanged/refunded.
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of products. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but we are not liable for delays.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

- Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
